Such a fantastic day was had on Friday 28th June  when the new Mr and Mrs Gready said their vows at Batch Country House.  The couple  married in our Somerset Suite with eighty two close family and friends. The room was perfect  with some fantastic  floral displays from Rosemary’s florist, white chairs with pink bows and petals lined the aisle with a lit lanterns.

As the large oak doors opened the Bristol String quartet played the Brides entrance music as she made her way down the aisle with her proud Father on her arm along with her Bridesmaids.

Following the ceremony the Newly Weds and all their guests were greeted with a glass of Prosecco or a glass of Pimms to enjoy while canapés and nibbles were also served on the lawns.  The string quartet continued playing throughout the afternoon outside while Photographers Peter Nicholls took advantage of the landscaped gardens and was able to capture some great photos.

Onto the Wedding Breakfast and the Ivory Suite looked beautiful. The chairs were white and had pink bows and the tables had a  pink slip cloth and our centrepieces with an added extra pink Lilly. A delicious three course meal was served to all guests. During the meal the string quartet  also played some background music for the Wedding party. Coffee and mints were then served before a glass of Prosecco was given to everyone for the traditional speeches.

In the evening Nutty Noah and Disco Queen were on hand to entertain the children, and the grownups too! Bacon rolls were served to everyone later on to keep tummies full.

A truly amazing day was had by all. A huge congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Gready from everyone at Batch
