We would love to thank every member of staff at Batch for helping to make our daughter & son in laws wedding day February 26th 2022 so fantastic.

The venue is just beautiful💞.

The gorgeous Somerset suite has such a warm & homely feel, just right for the ceremony ✨.

The Ivory suite is stunning with so many fairy lights & beautiful drapes.

Everybody enjoyed the delicious food at the wedding breakfast & the hog roast during the evening celebrations 🥂.

We had the swinging waiters join us at the wedding breakfast, they were brilliant & brought a fantastic fun atmosphere to the day. (would thoroughly recommend!)

The weather was gorgeous so we were able to make use of the beautiful gardens for the photo’s.

We filled all guest rooms at the hotel & enjoyed a gorgeous breakfast the next morning together which rounded the weekend off ✨.

Thanks to Abbie for doing such a wonderful job in making the day flow effortlessly. 😊.

Wow what a stunning venue for our wedding, the owners and the staff made our special day extra special, from the early planning during such a challenging Covid pandemic to regular updates of progress. Everthing was professionally organised at every point from start to finish.

We had 30 people at our wedding and everyone of them commented on how good the service, the food, the rooms and the whole cleanliness of the venue were.

Special mention to James, his wife and Abbey – thank you, brilliant.

A huge thank you to James ,Abbie and staff for the excellent job they did yesterday for Tom and jodies wedding .We had to change the date 3 times due to covid then we had to change numbers too but nothing was too much trouble.the service and food fantastic and there was so much left at the end .I would highly recommend the batch to anyone look for excellent service and value for money.

Having just had our wedding there I can only say what a perfect venue it was, every detail taken care of, everything ran like clockwork. A big thank you to our organiser Abby who bent over backwards to make the day such a Perfect occasion.
The grounds were beautifully manicured & The accommodation was really outstanding & comfortable,The food delicious and lots of it.

We recently got married here (06/07/19) and wow! We can’t put into words how incredible this place is. From our first visit to the Batch country house we knew straight away that we wanted to get married there. The lovely owners (James & Anna) beautiful building and grounds, lovely staff, gorgeous ceremony and evening rooms. The Batch just seemed so perfect to us from the moment we walked in, such a great atmosphere, and it definitely was for our big day. We cannot thank everyone at the Batch enough for making our day so special and stress free. Hazel was amazing on the day, nothing was too much trouble and she made sure that everything ran so perfectly. Leading up to the wedding she was so helpful with the planning and organising (big thank you to Abby also) you can tell they are both very passionate about what they do. We had so many great compliments on how yummy the food was also! Very filling and tasty!! So thank you to the chefs too! All of our guests had such a great day!! The honeymoon suite was so lovely also, just what we needed after the long day! Everything was beyond perfect and we’re so grateful to everyone at the Batch for making our day so magical! Thank you. Will definitely recommend the Batch!

The Batch Country House is a perfect location for your special day. There honestly isn’t anything that we can fault them on, the ceremony was absolutely beautiful and the staff are willing to help you do everything possible to make your special day perfect, which indeed they did!
Abby and the team went to every extend to make sure our day was how we wanted it and Abby especially was superb!
The setting of the venue is lovely and very picturesque.
The food was absolutely incredible and tasted amazing along with a great presentation.
We would most definitely recommend couples to tie the knot here without a doubt!

Would defiently recommend batch country house! nothing is to much for them! they was happy to answer any questions when phoned up.
They all made us feel so relaxed to! my husband is always late to everything so that was one thing I was really worrying about! but hazel and Abbey got all the men sorted and made sure they was at the top of the isle on time!
All the men stayed the night before the wedding and they all said nothing was to much even though they was really busy with a wedding that was going on they still made time to make sure all the men was ok! and had everything they needed.

The food was absolutely gorgeous everyone commented on how nice it was.
They helped our day run as smooth as it could get! Everything was brilliant no faults no nothing.
Every one is amazing that works there! made sure we was happy with everything! the venue was just beautiful overall.

We recently had our wedding here and can highly recommend the batch country house. The rooms are lovely and the grounds are beautiful but the thing that stood out for us was the staff!! You guys are amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
On a side note the food was awesome !!!! I’ve been told I need to give a big shout out for the chicken nuggets, every single person has commented on them 😂

Wow, where do I start…just had our wedding day (23rd June) and can honestly say it was one of the best days of our lives! Nothing was too much trouble and everything we asked for was catered for. We had our wedding at Batch Country House on 9 September 2017. We had an absolutely perfect day at this beautiful venue and James and his team took very good care of us. Special thanks to Abby who steered us through our day – the whole thing went seamlessly. Abby was brilliant. The Batch could not have been a more perfect venue for our son Robert and Natalie’s wedding at the end of August. The whole venue, including gardens and bedrooms are immaculately kept and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Organisation was excellent so the whole day flowed perfectly. The Pagoda provided the perfect outside setting for their marriage service, followed by time in the beautiful gardens before a delicious meal with each course beautifully cooked and presented.  The Batch has a wonderful ambience and helped provide wonderful memories of an amazing day

We got married here on Thursday 24th Feb 2022! Me and my Husband could not fault our day! Abbey was amazing, she made us feel at ease, kept us up to date on what was happening next and nothing was ever any trouble for her!

We were lucky enough to be the first wedding in the new bridal changing room (which is lovely) also the brand new carpets throughout! ☺️ Our day went perfectly! All our guests commented on how nice the food, venue and staff were ☺️ And the hog roast.. wow!! 🥰

We finally had our wedding yesterday and celebrated our reception here at the batch and just WOW the minute we arrived here to the next day going i couldn’t ask for anything better the staff who works at the batch by cooking the food and serving the drinks was incredible and abbie who was our wedding coordinator for the day done the our room outstanding and making sure myself and my new husband were OK and happy how everything was going through the afternoon.

The Room and the grounds of the batch were incredible our family was amazed how wonderful the venue was and we chosen well.

James who owns the batch was amazing from day one so helpful especially with covid putting a stop to our original date he always informed the outcome and solve the issue with news dates third time lucky changing the date we got there in the end.

also ann was so helpful and lovely and always making us feel comfortable through the day I couldn’t ask for more.

The Bridal room was amazing aswell.

My husband and I married here 18th May 2018 after attending a wedding the year before and fell in love with not only the venue but the staff, food and the lovely grounds. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married our friends and family absolutely loved it and kept telling us how ‘me and Tom’ it really was. We felt so relaxed and James and abbey couldn’t of done anymore then they did for us. I would highly recommend booking this for your special day. Well, where do I start?
We chose the batch as our wedding venue for the 18th August. Everything was perfect. We stayed the night before, and we’re allowed the freedom to put our little touches to the reception markee that night. Although the staff are A* and you really don’t have to lift a finger , we wanted to put our own personal stamp on a couple of tables and it really was no trouble. The bedrooms are spacious, immaculate and comfy. Bridal suite is beautiful! James & Abi couldn’t do anymore to help us and make sure we were happy and relaxed. On the wedding morning Abi was brilliant keeping myself calm and also keeping 7 bridesmaids in check and on time. The whole morning was lovely. The ceremony and reception went without a single hitch, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the gardens, food and how lovely all the staff were. We rented out all 22 rooms the night of the wedding and everyone had a great nights sleep. a calm, tasty and well run breakfast the next morning. Just what you need the day after. I really can not thank James and Abi enough for making the best day of our lives go so smoothly and go that extra mile to make sure we were happy at all times aswell as our 100 guests. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! A****
