On Friday 3rd August the Lovely Thomas and Christina become husband and wife here at Batch Country house.
The ceremony took place in our Somerset Suite as guest took their seats a harpist played setting the most beautiful atmosphere .As the ushers opened the large oak doors the bridesmaids made their way down the aisle ,followed by Christina who looked truly amazing with her father by her side. After the I DO’S the happy couple led the way outside to our gardens where guest enjoyed some delouses canapés and glass of bubbly in the glorious sunshine. Photographer for the day was Lee Hatherall who always captures the day perfectly.
On to the Ivory Suite where guest were seated to enjoy a three course meal. Guests were treated to a starter of Crab Cakes with a salad garnish and white wine and red current sauce or Fresh Fanned Honeydew Melon ,followed by a main course of Salmon in a champagne and dill sauce or Supreme of Chicken in a red wine mushroom and Smokey bacon sauce. Finished off with either Tiramisu or Crème Brulee. With tummies full Prosecco was served ready for the traditional speeches.
As evening approached more loved ones joined to carry on celebrations. Enhanced Entertainment did an amazing job as always, while our kitchen team served up a yummy hog roast to all one hundred and twenty guests. The happy couple also opted to hire out photobooth for the evening which proved very popular and provided many laughs. Overall and great time was had by all.
