Mr and Mrs Gill married here at Batch Country House on Friday 9th August . The couple married inside in our Somerset Suite with ninety six close family and friends to help them celebrate. The music started and the large oak doors opened for the Bridesmaids to walk down the petal lined aisle followed by the Bride who looked stunning with her Father on her arm. After the couple said ‘I Do’ the Bride and Groom and all their guests were greeted to a cold glass of Prosecco before making their way outside for photographs. An ice cream van arrived which went down a treat with the guests.
Our Ivory suite looked beautiful with some extra touches added by the Bride and Groom. The tables looked lovely with white chair covers and yellow bows, except for Bride and Groom who had our Throne chairs at the Top Table. A delicious three course meal was prepared onsite by our chefs and served by our waiting staff, followed by coffee and mints before serving a glass of bubbly for the traditional speeches and toasts.
Onto the evening and even more guests arrived to help the Newly Weds celebrate. The band Lapinski really got the dance floor full before a fantastic buffet was served to keep everyone full. Our selfie mirror was a hit with the guests keeping everyone entertained.
A great day and evening had by all. A massive congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Gill from everyone at Batch.
