What a lovely day for the new Mr and Mrs Roynon who married here at Batch Country House on Saturday 31st August .
The couple said their vows in our Somerset Suite along with ninety eight close family and friends. With a purple theme throughout the room looked elegant. As the music started, the large oak doors opened and the rather cute flower girl made her way down the aisle followed by the Bride who looked beautiful. Next came her Bridesmaids all wearing purple.
Following the ceremony the couple and all of the guests were greeted to a cold glass of Prosecco or a cold bottle of Peroni before making their way outside to our award winning landscaped gardens. Canapés were served while Photographers Shutter Bliss were on hand to capture some truly fantastic shots of the Bridal party.
Our Ivory Suite looked beautiful with white chairs and bows, the purple theme continuing throughout. The tables had our Lily centrepieces and some extra added touches provided by the Bride and Groom. A mouth-watering three course meal was prepared onsite by our Chefs and served by our waiting staff. Wine was served throughout the meal followed by coffee and mints.
A big surprise for Rhianne and Ian was having the Swinging Rascals singing waiters burst into song during the dessert and everyone was up on their feet having a great time.
Onto the evening and Weston Entertainment did a wonderful job of keeping the dance floor full. Bacon baps and chip cones were served to everyone to keep them full.
A truly wonderful day was had by all. A huge congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Roynon from everyone at Batch x.
