On Wednesday the 4th September we had the pleasure of sharing Denis and Jasmines special day here at Batch Country House.
On the day the happy couple were joined by all their loved ones some of which had travelled all the way from France for the special occasion. The ceremony room looked great. Once guests took their seats Denis entered the room in true French tradition with his mother by his side, followed by the bridesmaids and finally Jasmine who looked truly beautiful.
After the ceremony guests gathered in our Garden room for drinks. Phil Woodall was photographer for the day and did a fantastic job, braving the winds to make sure the couple had the perfect photos to look back on in years to come.
On to the Ivory Suite, a stunning room that hosts a marquee feel with some fantastic lighting really creates the wow factor. On the day the room was dressed in red, small vases full of red roses along with gold wine bottles acting as centre pieces. Jasmine had spent a lot of time on all the added extras for the day and it really paid off. The new Mr & Mrs Legrand entered the Ivory Suite to the French National Anthem which went down brilliantly with all the French guest and added a very personalised touch to the day. A three course meal consisting of cold meats and salads was then served followed by speeches and bubbly.
As evening approached more guests arrived to join in celebration and danced the night away with a DJ. Tummies were kept full with one of our yummy buffets.
Overall a fantastic time was had by all. Huge Congratulations to such a lovely couple, from everyone here at Batch Country House.
