Exquisite 3-Course Menu: Savour the flavors of the season with our exquisite 3-course menu crafted by our expert chefs. Indulge in a culinary journey that celebrates the finest ingredients and traditional Christmas fare. From tantalising starters to sumptuous mains and delectable desserts, every dish is carefully curated to provide a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Whether you have a penchant for roasted turkey with all the trimmings, succulent pork belly, or a vegetarian masterpiece, our menu offers a variety of options to cater to every taste and dietary requirement.

Starter:

• Homemade carrot & orange soup (GF) (DF) (V)
• Fan of galia and cantaloupe melon with a strawberry coulis (GF) (DF) (V)
• Smoked salmon and prawn terrine with sour dough toast, dressed mixed leaves, lemon and dill mayonnaise
• Warm goats cheese with red onion chutney and green leaf salad

Main Course:

• Succulent roast turkey, served with cranberry sauce, chipolata sausage and stuffing (GF) (DF)
• Pork belly with an apple and sage stuffing on creamy mashed potato with a cider gravy
• Slow roasted British beef with Yorkshire pudding
• Butternut squash and chestnut roast with cranberry and red current gravy and roast potatoes (V) (GF)
• Stuffed portobello mushroom with roasted Mediterranean vegetables balsamic glaze and crushed new potatoes (V) (GF)

Dessert:

• Traditional Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce
• Vegan and gluten-free Christmas pudding with vanilla ice cream (GF) (DF) (V)
• Trio of mini desserts – mint chocolate brownie, strawberry and prosecco meringue, creamy lemon and lime cheesecake
• Cheese and biscuits with celery and grapes
