Starter:

• Homemade carrot & orange soup (GF) (DF) (V)
• Fan of galia and cantaloupe melon with a strawberry coulis (GF) (DF) (V)
• Smoked salmon and prawn terrine with sour dough toast, dressed mixed leaves, lemon and dill mayonnaise
• Warm goats cheese with red onion chutney and green leaf salad

Main Course:

• Succulent roast turkey, served with cranberry sauce, chipolata sausage and stuffing (GF) (DF)
• Pork belly with an apple and sage stuffing on creamy mashed potato with a cider gravy
• Slow roasted British beef with Yorkshire pudding
• Butternut squash and chestnut roast with cranberry and red current gravy and roast potatoes (V) (GF)
• Stuffed portobello mushroom with roasted Mediterranean vegetables balsamic glaze and crushed new potatoes (V) (GF)

Dessert:

• Traditional Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce
